Job summary

Meijer Great Lakes is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to help keep shelves stocked and customers served efficiently. You will move products from pallets to shelves, assist with backroom backstock, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and a friendly customer-first attitude. Overnight shifts may be required to prepare the store for daily operations.

What You'll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your work ensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
