Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Michigan seeks a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and customers have a great shopping experience. This entry-level role covers product knowledge, friendly service, and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll stock shelves, move products from pallets to shelves, manage back-room backstock and disposal, stay organized, and interact respectfully with customers. Overnight shifts support daily readiness and community growth.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
