Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Fashion Team Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1212 in Saraland, AL. This part-time position offers mid-shift and closing shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll help customers find apparel, maintain store presentation, and support the team to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role includes a competitive hourly wage with additional premiums based on schedule, location, and performance.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage:

$14 - $27 per/hour

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
