Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Lecanto, FL is seeking a Fashion Team Associate to join our store team. This part-time, temporary role involves assisting customers with apparel, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining clean, organized sales floors throughout shifts.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The position offers hourly pay with performance incentives and a broad benefits package aligned with Walmart policies.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
