You will review outfits, room setups, styling proposals, and design concepts to assess suitability, color, materials, balance, and practicality. Clear feedback is required for each evaluation.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

micro1 is seeking experienced Fashion and Interior Styling Experts to evaluate fashion looks, wardrobe selections, interior spaces, and styling concepts based on quality, aesthetics, and alignment with specific creative briefs.

In this role, you will review fashion outfits, room setups, styling proposals, and design concepts to assess their suitability, visual appeal, proportions, color combinations, materials, and overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate fashion outfits, wardrobe selections, and interior setups against specific creative briefs, seasons, and client requirements.


• Assess proportions, fit, scale, color coordination, textures, and material selections.


• Review styling choices to ensure they are practical, functional, and appropriate for the intended setting.


• Identify unsuitable items, including incorrect sizing, inappropriate fabrics, or furnishings that do not fit the available space.


• Evaluate styling concepts based on budget, client expectations, and project requirements.


• Compare different looks and interior arrangements to determine which best meets the creative brief.


• Prepare and improve styling briefs, mood descriptions, and shopping lists.


• Provide clear written explanations and constructive feedback supporting each evaluation.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience as a fashion stylist, wardrobe stylist, personal stylist, interior stylist, set stylist, prop stylist, or home stylist.


• Hands-on experience working on real styling projects involving briefs, sourcing, fittings, installations, or client deliveries.


• Strong understanding of fashion trends, interior aesthetics, proportions, colors, fabrics, materials, and spatial arrangements.


• Ability to evaluate styling concepts and explain why one look or space works better than another.


• Strong attention to detail and creative judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with fashion brands, retail companies, editorial publications, production studios, or private clients.


• Background in fashion merchandising, interior design, visual styling, or creative production.


• Experience preparing mood boards, styling concepts, sourcing lists, and creative presentations.


• Understanding of practical styling considerations, including functionality, budget, materials, and client requirements.


• Strong analytical and visual evaluation skills.
