Qualifications

• Experience selling across departments with knowledge of fashion styling.
• Able to build relationships and advise on pieces to complete looks.
• Willingness to grow through appointments, networking and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Offer confident, honest feedback to help customers choose pieces that suit their style.
• Create connections in-store and via digital tools to inspire customers and share curated looks.
• Drive sales through outreach and appointment-setting during events and regular periods.
• Be a trusted partner by following up after purchases and inviting customers to events and Nordy Club.
