Bohme, Inc is seeking a Stylist to join our fashion-forward retail team. You will provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience while keeping the store appearance up to standard.

As a Stylist, you will assist customers, answer questions about merchandise, help achieve daily sales goals, and support store operations including stocking and POS transactions. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Experience with retail selling and customer service.
• Ability to operate POS and store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance by answering merchandise questions.
• Meet individual sales goals established by store management.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store.
• Engage in Bohme self-training and store training.
• Communicate customer needs to store management.
• Process merchandise as directed by management.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Monitor for loss prevention and report concerns.
• Ring up sales and operate cash register.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
