ANINE BING is seeking a Sales Advisor/Stylist in Chicago to join our in-store team and deliver 1:1 personalized service. You will drive sales through relationship selling and maintain a polished store presence while collaborating with a growing team.

The role requires fashion or retail experience, strong styling capabilities, and ability to build a client book. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years fashion, styling or retail sales experience.
• Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give feedback about clientele and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class service to customers in store and digitally.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Build styling expertise through fashion and product knowledge.
