Job summary

Cotton On Group is hiring a Store Manager in Columbia, MD to lead all aspects of the store, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in line with our values. You will foster an inclusive culture, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service and store standards.

The role requires a passion for fashion, 3+ years in retail management (preferably fast fashion), strong leadership and merchandising skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends!
• 3+ years of Retail Management, preferably fast fashion experience
• 3+ years proven track record leading inspiring and managing diverse and high performing teams
• Demonstrated result and acumen in interpreting, analyzing and driving sales, stock and service delivery
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including the ability to execute VM directives and deliver on world class visual merchandising standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the store and drive sales, KPI targets and long-term growth in line with company vision and policies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture by developing and guiding store team members.
• Recruit, train and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Interpret sales data and manage stock, service delivery and merchandising to maximize performance.
• Ensure world-class visual merchandising and VM directives are executed across the store.
