Job summary

LOFT is seeking a friendly Stock Associate at Store 1487-Midtowne-ANN-Little Rock to support shipments, move products from stockroom to the sales floor, and keep the store organized. You will greet customers and help set a positive shopping tone with attention to detail and strong service focus.

You should be comfortable with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you will contribute to maintaining stock accuracy, pricing, and merchandising standards across our brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to keep stockrooms and sales floors organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent experiences.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Prepare store and backroom: process shipments, stock the floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory and price accuracy, and monitor stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
