The role supports leadership to present trend-forward looks, engage shoppers through the Red Tab Loyalty program, and manage merchandise operations while adhering to store policies. Flexible scheduling and constant customer engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions.
• Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations; implement floor sets, markdowns, replenishment; follow store policies.
• Comply with all Levi's Stores policies and directives.
