Nordstrom is seeking a Salesperson who is passionate about fashion and styling, with the ability to cultivate a customer following both in-store and online. You will set and achieve sales goals, build lasting relationships, and provide customized service on customers’ terms.

You will stay informed on fashion trends, help keep the department ready, and support team efforts, including occasional work in other departments as needed. Flexible schedule required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (inclusive of text and social media).
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
