Job summary

Talbots Wilkes-Barre store – Kingston, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist management in driving store performance, promote fashion knowledge, and create outfits for customers.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of the role. The position requires strong communication, styling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive and inclusive store

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Open availability 15–20 hours per week.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to promote product and build brand relationships.
• Assist management to grow store business.
• Support service enhancements including Concierge.
• Service multiple customers, multitask and manage projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals.
• Create outfits and suggest items to meet customer needs.
• Aim for sales and service metrics such as clientelling and appointments.
• Complete projects including filling orders and replenishment.
