Job summary

Curacao Anaheim is hiring a Fashion Sales Associate to provide a frictionless discovery and sales process, ensuring customers find the right products with the right financing every time.

You will be the primary Curacao representative in-store, greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable fashion options while maintaining display standards and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Resourceful and proactive in completing tasks.
• Diligent about finishing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions for customers through a consultative sales process focused on each customer’s needs.
• Be attentive to customers by listening to their needs, concerns, and interests.
• Guide customers through potential technologies, styles, and fashions in your department.
• Maintain knowledge of products and technologies through trainings and self-study.
• Explain warranties and services offered by Curacao and apply them as needed.
• Be responsive and take ownership of customer issues with your manager.
