Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine needs, assist with merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest's shopping experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge of merchandise, features, benefits and pricing.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained to create a beautiful shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges according to policy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled and remain flexible to business needs.
• Must be 18+ years old and available nights/weekends.
