Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. in Irvine is seeking a fashion-focused Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and help customers look and feel their best. You’ll leverage product knowledge to recommend items that fit a customer’s style and lifestyle.

Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction.
Build a personal customer base through in-store and digital outreach.
Provide honest style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty.
Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
Keep the department customer-ready: stocking, merchandising, price markdowns, inventory counts.
