Job summary

rag & bone in New York is seeking a Sales Specialist to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in-store. You will support selling focus, uphold brand policies, and contribute to a collaborative store environment.

The role is part-time (24-30 hours per week) with opportunities to engage in clienteling, product education, and inventory support while reflecting the rag & bone aesthetic and mission.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Availability to work 24-30 hours per week.
• Must be available for a minimum of 3 days.
• Willingness to process Point of Sale transactions.
• Strong product knowledge and clienteling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service through product knowledge and selling skills.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Embody the brand aesthetic and fashion sensibility.
• Contribute to brand mission and store atmosphere.
• Assist Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Accurately process POS transactions.
• Act in line with rag & bone core values.
• Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering excellent service.
