Job summary

H&M in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively promote our fashion products and Omni experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house while supporting our team to achieve sales targets.

Bring passion for fashion and strong communication skills, with prior retail customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or service-related industries.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Strong communication and people skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and Omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products to customers and actively support sales targets.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, presentation, and a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Support opening and closing of the store and assist with stock replenishment and visual merch.
