Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate in Smithfield, NC to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a boutique-style setting. You will share fashion knowledge, help customers find items, and create a seamless in-store experience.

You’ll partner with store leaders on merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a visually appealing environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, a team mindset, and strong communication are essential to success.
