Talbots in Palos Verdes, CA is hiring for a Regular/Part-time sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service, build brand relationships, and promote fashion knowledge across women's clothing, shoes and accessories. You will work with management to drive store performance and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected; standing for long periods and light lifting up to 40 lbs are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business and service multiple customers.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and product knowledge, and create outfits for customers.
• Develop positive working relationships to support a productive environment.
• Communicate store information and brand initiatives to management to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas and participate in learning opportunities.
• Assist with inventory tasks and store operations as needed.
• Open/close the store on occasion and lead others as required.
