Job summary

The role involves assisting customers with purchases and returns, restocking, and staying current on fashion trends to support buying decisions. This position supports multiple areas, including order fulfillment and pickup, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
• Keep service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing your love for fashion.
• Be a great team player by keeping the department runway ready, including light cleaning and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay up on fashion trends to assist with purchase decisions as needed.
• Build relationships by explaining Nordstrom events, gift cards, and Rewards program.
• Support other areas of the store including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
