Job summary

Talbots store at Coconut Point, Estero, FL is seeking a part-time sales associate to provide exceptional customer service and promote fashion. You will build lasting relationships with customers, assist management, and support service enhancers in a fast-paced environment.

Use styling knowledge to create outfits, stay informed on trends, and help clients find perfect pieces while meeting sales goals and clienteling targets. Evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and possess a love of fashion.
• Driven to create, build and cultivate relationships with customers.
• Strong ambition and passion for achieving goals in a store team.
• Excellent verbal communication and a high level of integrity.
• Comfortable using a computer/iPad/handheld system and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business and use Concierge services.
• Service multiple customers, cross-sell outfits and match needs.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and product knowledge about fit and color.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling and outreach.
