J.Crew is seeking a Sales Associate to bring our brand's fun, personal style to the sales floor. You’ll help customers find looks, collaborate with team members, and create a seamless, welcoming experience with kindness and inclusivity.

You’ll stay current with fashion trends, support the brand and teammates, and contribute to sales with energy, flexibility, and problem-solving while working nights, weekends, and holidays. Lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
