Job summary

Talbots in Upper Arlington, OH seeks a part-time store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through fashion expertise. You will help customers assemble outfits, stay updated on new arrivals, and support store operations with a collaborative team.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, handling multiple tasks and maintaining a welcoming environment for diverse customers. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management in building store business.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and information about new arrivals.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs.
• Develop positive working relationships and communicate store information to management.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas and participate in learning opportunities.
• Plan and prioritize tasks including opening or closing the store.
