KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the Kingsgate Center WHBM store in Lubbock, TX. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a visually appealing store while embracing hospitality and teamwork. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities for growth within the brand family.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Eligibility ages: 16+ in TX; 18+ for other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds on the sales floor and stockroom.
