Comfort with fashion, strong communication, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates selling competence, styling expertise and love of fashion.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and integrity.
• Comfortable navigating computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management in building store business and supporting service enhancers.
• Service multiple customers at a time and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and attend to product knowledge including fit and color.
• Create outfits for customers and suggest matching items based on needs.
• Meet sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
