WHBM Outlet Williamsburg is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced environment. You will share product knowledge, engage with guests, and help build loyalty through brand programs.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while upholding the brand’s standards. This role requires a team-oriented attitude and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for VA; 18 for other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
