Knitwell Group in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service. You will learn our tools, assist with merchandising, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience across in-store and online channels.

You’ll contribute to store performance, meet personal goals, and support leadership with daily tasks while maintaining a welcoming, visually engaging environment. Compliance and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with learning store tools and omnichannel systems.
• Willingness to learn about brand loyalty programs.
• Ability to contribute to store performance and meet personal goals.
• Physically capable of stocking and stocking-related tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
