Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for our Columbus, GA location. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service to create a positive shopping experience at The Shoppes at Bradley Park. You’ll participate in merchandising, inventory, and store organization to maintain brand standards.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required. The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and the ability to learn new tools quickly while helping customers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in GA, comfortable with flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
