Job summary

Soma Schaumburg is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and provide personalized service to every customer.

Role includes merchandising, inventory support, and maintaining a visually appealing store in line with brand standards. Part-time hours and flexible availability are required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for IL; 18+ for other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Create an omnichannel experience using available tools.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store performance by meeting personal goals.
• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
