Catalyst Brands operates Aéropostale stores and is seeking a Sales Associate to create an outstanding shopping experience. You will engage customers, share fashion knowledge, and help build brand loyalty through excellent service.

Flexibility is required for evenings and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with store tasks. You’ll work with a team to uphold store standards and company values daily.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Able to bend, lift, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn brand products and selling strategies.

• Inspire customers with your product knowledge to cater to their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat store.
• Complete assigned floor sets, filling the floor, ringing up customers, etc.
• Remain positive and professional, working with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
