Qualifications

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.
• Experience with retail selling.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise related questions.
• Meet individual sales goals established by store management.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store.
• Continue self-training using training materials and hands-on store training.
• Communicate any customer needs or concerns to management.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Monitor for loss prevention and report unusual activity.
• Ring up sales transactions as directed.
• Operate cash register as directed.
