J.Crew Group in Connecticut is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand on the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look, welcome everyone, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a premium shopping experience.

You’ll stay current with fashion trends, assist with store tasks, and share customer feedback with management to help drive business success. Scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays; lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
