WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience at our Wheaton, IL location. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a team-driven environment.

Role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to learning new tools and processes, and a willingness to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Must be at least 16 years old in IL and other listed states; 18 otherwise.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
