KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate in Arlington, VA to warmly welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, fulfill store initiatives, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Responsibilities include driving sales, assisting with merchandising, and maintaining a visually appealing store. The role requires flexible schedule, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Age requirements per state: 16+ in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA; 18+ otherwise.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
