Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging, customer-centric shopping experience. You’ll be passionate about product, brands, fashion and trends, and support the leadership team with daily tasks and store campaigns.

In this part-time role (20-40 hrs/week), you’ll handle customer interactions, promote full-price selling, and maintain visual and operational standards to ensure a positive customer journey. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focuses on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, solves problems and escalates when needed.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and as directed by management.
• Supports high standards of organization and cleanliness to promote a safe customer environment.
• Complies with Loss Prevention policies and communicates violations to leadership.
