Soma in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a hospitality‑driven shopping experience. You will share product knowledge, help customers find fits, and provide personalized service across in‑store and omnichannel channels.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, while maintaining a visually inspiring environment and contributing to team goals through collaboration and ownership.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states; 18 otherwise; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
