Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate in Ann Arbor, MI to welcome customers with a warm, service-oriented mindset. You will share product knowledge and deliver personalized service, helping create a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting merchandising and store organization.

You’ll join a team focused on hospitality, brand loyalty education, and achieving personal goals in a store environment that values collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states and at least 18 for others.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
