Job summary

Talbots at Legacy Village OH-Lyndhurst is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Talbots merchandise. You will assist in building store business, handle multiple customers, and stay ahead of fashion trends to curate outfits.

Qualifications

Customer-focused with ability to create outfits using product knowledge.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work in a diverse environment.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and promote products.
Assist management in building store business.
Serve multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects.
Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals.
Create outfits for customers and suggest items.
Develop positive working relationships that support a productive work environment.
Communicate store information to management to enhance the customer experience.
Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas.
Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
Occasionally lead/supervise others and open/close the store.
