Job summary

Talbots in Dewitt NY is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers build outfits. You will use fashion knowledge to suggest items, maintain the sales floor, and contribute to meeting store goals.

Requirements include energy, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods; 15–20 hours per week; pay range $16.00–$20.00 per hour. Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote the product.
• Assist management to build store business and use Concierge when appropriate.
• Serve multiple customers, multi-task, and complete projects on time.
• Maintain product knowledge on fit, color, and trends to create outfits for customers.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
