Garage is seeking a Team Lead at our Utah store to drive a positive shopping experience, mentor teammates, and support inventory and sales goals.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help manage shipments, replenish the floor, and ensure our brand standards and visual merchandising are upheld. A passion for fashion and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of team lead experience, retail preferred.
• 2 years retail experience is a plus.
• Passion for fashion and customer service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build relationships.
• Assist in daily store operations and inventory management.
• Support replenishment, shipments, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising directives are followed.
