Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS system.
• Experience stocking and displaying merchandise is desirable.
• Strong phone etiquette and basic retail operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Ring POS transactions and key account information
• Answer telephone and assist callers
• Unpack and display stock
• Wrap and bag merchandise
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
