Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain constant radio communication with associates.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise promotions knowledge.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed; perform daily cleaning and other duties as assigned.
