Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a busy Texas store. You will support upper management, drive results, and manage opening and closing tasks while delivering a premier customer experience.

You will mentor and empower the team, develop client relationships, stay current with fashion trends, and ensure service standards during peak traffic, holidays, and weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.

Responsibilities

• Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Responsible for key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
