Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop the team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage opening/closing routines, staffing, scheduling, and payroll while delivering exceptional customer service and brand-aligned visuals.

You will leverage product knowledge to boost sales, coach staff, and analyze reports to inform decisions. The role emphasizes from-within growth and brand culture alignment.
