Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and train non-management staff.

You’ll drive sales through fashion knowledge and brand awareness, build visual displays, analyze reports to inform decisions, protect store assets, operate the POS, fulfill Omni-Channel orders, and embody the brand culture.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
