Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend fashion leadership with store operations. You will drive sales, analyze performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while guiding a team on daily tasks.

In this role you’ll open/close the store, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and coach staff to deliver consistent brand experiences. A promotable path from within supports your growth within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
