Job summary

Margo Siegel PR's New York Office is seeking full-time interns starting in January for the Spring semester. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in fashion PR, working with fine jewelry and high-profile clients.

Interns will manage showroom samples, assist with press outreach, and collaborate with industry professionals. Eligible candidates must be driven and able to commit to at least three full days per week, while also earning school credit.

We are a bi‑coastal PR Agency that specializes in jewelry and celebrity placement.

Margo Siegel PR's New York Office is seeking full‑time interns to start in January for at least three full days a week during the Spring semester. This is a fabulous opportunity for any student who wants to learn about fashion PR. We work with fine jewelry and are looking for independent, motivated, organized, and hard‑working interns to join our team as soon as possible.

Job Description

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sample trafficking and maintaining the showroom
• Managing press lists and sending out samples to major publications
• Researching celebrity events, opportunities, and jewelry trends
• Assisting with the execution of celebrity seeding opportunities for clients
• Administrative work, including pulling data and working on other projects for multiple accounts
• Assisting account coordinators with pulls and other projects for multiple accounts
• Collaborating with editors and top stylists on a day‑to‑day basis

Qualifications

We value interns who are driven, meticulous, committed, and self‑starting. You should have experience and be passionate about fashion and PR, while being able to multitask with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred skills include:

• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Cision (bonus)

You must be able to work at least three full days per week and receive school credit.
