Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled Photo Retoucher to join our Creative Marketing team. You will maintain visual quality across ecommerce and marketing assets, ensuring consistent tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional retouching, deep Photoshop expertise, and a keen eye for color. Experience with 3D tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus; ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional photo retouching experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of image composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience or interest in 3D modeling/rendering tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered image generation tools and techniques.
• Working knowledge of Capture One, Lightroom, or other image editing software.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily image retouching requests across a range of projects.
• Perform expert-level color correction of clothing and product imagery.
• Ensure consistency of tone, lighting, and brand aesthetics across all ecommerce and digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and art directors to meet creative and technical standards.
• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow protocols for digital asset delivery.
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes and visual standards.
