Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies, visual and merchandising directives and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Able to creatively execute all visual merchandising projects in assigned departments monthly, quarterly, and seasonally.
• Able to inspire customer purchases through innovative visual presentation and product merchandising, including mannequin styling and composition.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and build customer relationships to drive repeat visits.
• Refresh displays, update signage and pricing, and ensure the floor is visually inspiring and easy to shop.
• Install promotional collateral and three-dimensional elements per the marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to align on priorities.
